Ultraclean+:

Our new dual-layer dairy tubing gives the benefit of longer life and hygienic properties, compared to standard black rubber tubing, associated with silicone.

The TPV (Thermoplastic Vulcanizate) layer outer provides increased resistance to UV degradation.

The inner white layer of special Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) has been upgraded to increase the pull-off load and improve the grip on the milk nipples of the claw.

The new material maintains superb hygienic properties.

Ultraclean+ is recyclable and protects your milk from chemicals and oils.

Short Air Tubes & Short Milk Tubes

Black Rubber Tubing

milkrite | InterPuls standard rubber is a blend of synthetic polymers, which gives resistance to milk and cleaning chemicals, combined with excellent flexibility. It provides an economical but functional alternative to other tubing in the milkrite | InterPuls range.

All black rubber tubing contains 6,6'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-methylenedi-p-cresol above 0.1% w/w detailed in the REACH candidate list.
